The Scheller Lab has been awarded a R21 grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) to support a project entitled “Characterization and function of new p75-NTR+ cellular network in craniofacial bone”.
The project was based on prior pilot and feasibility support from The Washington University Musculoskeletal Research Center. The project will focus on the identification of novel cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the enhanced regeneration of neural crest-derived craniofacial bone.
