Eligibility
- Possession of an MD degree
- License to practice medicine in Missouri (or eligibility for it)
- Completion of a residency program in the United States
- Completion of a fellowship in Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, or related disciplines is desirable but not required
- US citizenship is not required, but foreign medical graduates must have passed all certification requirements to meet the above criteria

Applications will be reviewed by the Program Director and an ad hoc committee, and appointments will be communicated by the Program Director. Appointments are for one year, renewable for a second year, depending upon fulfillment of the program goals.
